Shipping Information

Linda's is pleased to offer shipping to most destinations worldwide. Please Note: as of 11/10/2017 orders placed with credit or debit cards will now be charged in full upon checkout.

All items listed as In-Stock ship from our warehouse within two (2) business days. Items listed as Available ship once the listed processing time has been completed. Estimated ship dates are provided for back-ordered items listed as Available. Estimated ship dates are not definite and can be changed. These items are not in-stock upon order processing.

The shipping method selected at checkout does not expedite the two (2) business day order processing time or shipping times listed on back-ordered items.

Domestic Shipping

Linda's offers a variety of shipping options for your convenience. All domestic orders over $75 are eligible for free standard shipping. Free shipping cannot be applied towards Next Day or Second Day shipping.

All domestic packages include free tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. USPS shipments are not automatically insured. For package insurance, please contact us or select a UPS or FedEX shipping method.

If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company, we will work with you to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package. We do not refund or replace items that have been scanned as Delivered to the address provided at check out. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Domestic shipping is also available to APOs, FPOs and Puerto Rico. Orders from other US territories are considered to be international shipments.

Partial Shipments

If only part of your order is in-stock, the in-stock item(s) may ship before the order is complete. The first part of your order will be sent via your selected shipping method. Any additional shipment(s) will be shipped free of charge via standard USPS shipping. Incomplete orders may be partially shipped at the customer's request or at the discretion of our shipping department. If you would not like incomplete shipments, please specify in the "comments" section at checkout.


In order to protect our customers, Linda's Online monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified. Illegal and fraudulent orders are subject to legal action.

International Shipping

Linda's is proud to offer shipping to 54 international destinations. We offer free shipping to Canada for orders over $200. For all other locations, rates vary based on destination. The following shipping options are available to international customers:

Tracking and package insurance is included for free with all international shipments. International orders are not eligible for free partial shipments. Incomplete orders may be shipped on request, however additional charges will apply. Linda's reserves the right to ship international packages by USPS, FedEx or UPS at our discretion.


Due to the differences in international law, Linda's cannot predict customs charges. We will do our best to ship your package in accordance with local requirements and any special requests. However, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
