Domestic Shipping (United States) &
International Shipping Policy
Linda's is pleased to offer shipping to most destinations worldwide. All in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within two business days. If your item has sold out or there is any other problem with your order, you will be informed within 2 business days. Back-ordered items are subject to manufacturer shipping times. We will do our best to estimate when delayed orders will become available.
US Shipping Options
All domestic packages include free tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. USPS shipments are not automatically insured. For package insurance, please select a FedEX shipping method or contact us.
If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company, we will work with the customer to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Domestic shipping is also available to APOs, FPOs and Puerto Rico. Orders from other US territories are considered to be international shipments.
International Shipping Options
Tracking and package insurance is included for free with all international shipments. International orders are not eligible for free partial shipments. Incomplete orders may be shipped on request, however standard international shipping charges will apply.

Partial Shipments
If an item on your order is currently out of stock, the in-stock item(s) may be shipped separately. Free partial shipping is offered on all domestic partial shipments as a courtesy. The first part of your order will be send via your preferred shipping method. The additional shipment will be shipped with standard USPS shipping. Orders may be partially shipped at the customer's request or at the recommendation of the shipping department. If you would not like a free partial shipment in the case of a delay, please specify in the "comments" section at checkout.Fraud
In order to protect our customers, Linda's Online monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified. Customs
Due to the differences in international law, Linda's cannot predict customs charges. We will do our best to ship your package in accordance with local requirements and any special requests. However, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
