Linda's Return Policy

At Linda's, we understand that finding the perfect bra can take a little trial and error. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Purchases of sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. If a sale item does not fit, you may return it for exchange or store credit only.

Due to health code regulations, the following items cannot be returned once they have been removed from their packaging:

  • Bravado Moisture Wick Breast Pads
  • Commando Cupcakes
  • Commando Take Outs
  • Hollywood Fashion Tape
  • Le Blanc Linen Water
  • Le Blanc Lingerie Wash
  • Nipple Covers
  • All Spanx Products
  • All NuBra Products

How to Return

To return an item, please fill out the return form included on the back of your customer invoice. Ship the item with the tags and return form in the original packaging to:

Your refund or store credit will be processed within 15 business days from when your package is filed. Refunds can only be processed to the original credit card. If you are returning for a store credit, you will receive an email containing your store credit coupon code and instructions for use. Store credits are valid up to six months after date of issue.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping any return items back to Linda's. However, if you would like to exchange for a new item, we will ship your new item for free once your return has been received. You may send the return with the shipping company of your choice. We prefer for customers to ship returns via a pre-paid method with tracking, such as Certified Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex.

In the rare event that you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact our customer service team immediately. Linda's will cover all shipping costs for the original and replacement items if the item is verified to be damaged or shipped incorrectly. Shipping refund requests must be approved by the customer service department.

Important Information About Returning Undergarments

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we require that all returned merchandise be in clean, brand new condition. Linda's reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet health regulations. Items with any signs of wear will be shipped back to the customer. Please try on new underwear over another pair to prevent damage. By law, underwear cannot be returned once the tags are removed.

In order to keep your bra in returnable condition, we do not recommend wearing perfume or deodorant whole trying on bras as these products could stain the undergarment. To ensure a full credit, please ship molded bras in a box, rather than an envelope, in order to maintain their shape. Bras without tags may be returned, but are subject to our discretion.

Late Returns

If you would like to return an item past the 30 day window, please contact our customer service team for approval. Late returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
